| Check Policy By using a check for payment, you agree to the following terms: In the event your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you authorize us to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present the check to your bank account for collection of the amount of the check, plus any applicable fees as permitted by state law. Return Policy All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Merchandise may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition with original tags and/or packaging. Perishable merchandise is NOT returnable after expiration date. All sales are final on clearance items. Layaway Policy Initial deposit of 20% is required. Payments may be made at any time. Balance must be paid within 90 days of layaway date. If balance is not paid within 90 days, the layaway will be cancelled and all deposits refunded in the form of store credit only. |
